Ladies Fitness (Adult)

Welcome to join us on any day or days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) for a fitness training. The classes are high intensity and the aims are to tone the body and reduce BMI (Body Mass Index) and body fat. The Academy aims to cater each individual’s needs and fulfill her expectations in a reasonable time frame. Workout and dietary strategies will be discussed with each person to reflect their goals. Clients will be weighed and their BMI/body fat calculated periodically to show the progress they are making.
